Prepare mechanical design drawings, layouts, and engineering documentation for biogas and CBG plants.

Design and develop piping systems, equipment layouts, tanks, vessels, supports, and mechanical structures.

Prepare P&IDs;, GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and piping layouts as per project requirements.

Perform basic equipment sizing, material selection, and design calculations.

Coordinate with civil, electrical, instrumentation, and project teams to ensure proper integration of designs.

Review engineering drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and applicable codes.

Support the site team during fabrication, erection, installation, and commissioning by resolving design-related issues.

Prepare and maintain BOQ/BOM, MTO, and technical specifications.

Modify drawings based on site conditions and prepare as-built drawings.





Coordinate with vendors for equipment drawings, technical specifications, and approvals.

Required Skills

Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic 3D design software such as SolidWorks/Creo.

Understanding of piping, pumps, compressors, valves, tanks, pressure vessels, and mechanical equipment.

Basic knowledge of P&ID; and GA drawings.

Understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals and manufacturing/fabrication processes.

Valuable analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Willingness to work closely with site and construction teams and travel to project locations when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
