About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Master Technician to join the service team of a reputed automobile dealership.

The ideal candidate should have robust diagnostic and technical expertise, hands-on experience in vehicle repair and maintenance, and the ability to guide and support junior technicians. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing complex vehicle issues, ensuring quality repairs, and maintaining high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues accurately and efficiently.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, inspection, repair, and maintenance of vehicles.
- Ensure high-quality service and maintain excellent customer satisfaction standards.
- Identify technical faults and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
- Maintain workshop quality standards and strictly follow safety procedures.
- Ensure repairs and servicing are completed within the required timelines.
- Support and mentor junior technicians by providing technical guidance and training.
- Work collaboratively with service advisors, technicians, and other workshop personnel.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow dealership service processes.
- Stay updated with vehicle technologies, technical procedures, and manufacturer guidelines.

Requirements





- ITI / Diploma in Automobile Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in automotive service/workshop operations.
- Experience with Kia vehicles or a Kia dealership/service centre will be preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Good understanding of vehicle systems, repair, and maintenance procedures.
- Strong communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior technicians.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to work in shifts as required.
