Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and communicative Marketing Manager to lead our outreach and marketing activities across educational institutions. The role involves building relationships with engineering colleges and polytechnics, conducting presentations and seminars on CAD and BIM technologies, generating student leads, and supporting course enrollments. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with students, faculty members, and college management and should be comfortable with frequent travel across Calicut and neighboring districts.

Key Responsibilities

● Plan and conduct presentations, seminars, workshops, and awareness programs on CAD and BIM technologies for students in engineering colleges and polytechnics.

● Build and maintain strong professional relationships with college management, department heads, placement coordinators, and faculty members.

● Conduct regular college visits, promotional campaigns, campus activities, and marketing drives across Calicut and neighboring districts.

● Generate leads by interacting with prospective students and understanding their educational and career requirements.





● Explain relevant technical courses and guide students toward suitable training programs.

● Follow up with prospective students and support the conversion of leads into course enrollments.

● Develop and implement effective offline and local marketing strategies in collaboration with the core team.

● Monitor outreach activities, leads, conversions, and other marketing performance indicators.

● Identify new opportunities for institutional partnerships and expand the organization's reach among educational institutions.

Requirements & Qualifications

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.

● Strong presentation and public-speaking skills.

● Confident in interacting with students, faculty members, and institutional decision-makers. ● Willingness to travel frequently within Calicut and nearby districts.

● Basic understanding of CAD, BIM, Civil/Mechanical software, or engineering design technologies is an advantage.

● Previous experience in marketing, educational marketing, institutional outreach, business development, or a related field will be preferred.

● Proactive, self-motivated, target-oriented, and personable.

● Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
