Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Engineer with hands-on AI experience who can combine digital marketing expertise with technology, automation, data analytics, and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives using AI tools, marketing technologies, automation platforms, and data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute AI-driven digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and performance marketing.
- Use Generative AI and AI automation tools to improve content creation, campaign optimization, personalization, and customer engagement.
- Implement and manage marketing automation workflows using APIs, CRM, CDP, and marketing technology platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Power BI, SQL, and other analytics tools.
- Build dashboards and reports to track ROI, conversion rates, CAC, engagement, traffic, leads, and other marketing KPIs.
- Leverage AI/ML models for customer segmentation, predictive analytics, lead scoring, personalization, and campaign optimization.
- Work with engineering and marketing teams to integrate AI solutions with websites, CRM, marketing platforms, and customer-data systems.
- Automate repetitive marketing processes using Python, JavaScript, APIs, Power Automate, or similar tools.
- Optimize website performance, landing pages, tracking mechanisms, and conversion funnels.
- Implement and manage SEO automation, technical SEO, keyword analysis, and AI-assisted content optimization.
- Experiment with AI tools such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Claude, and other LLM platforms.
- Develop prompts and workflows for AI-powered content generation and marketing use cases.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns based on data and AI insights.
- Ensure marketing data quality, tracking accuracy, governance, and compliance.

Required Skills




- Strong experience in Digital Marketing and Marketing Technology.
- Hands-on experience with AI/Generative AI/LLMs.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and performance marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and marketing analytics.
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT/OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of APIs and marketing automation.
- Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar programming languages.
- Experience with CRM/Marketing Automation platforms.
- Robust data analysis and visualization skills.
- Understanding of conversion optimization, customer journeys, attribution, and marketing KPIs.

Good to Have
- Experience with AI agents and AI workflow automation.
- Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, and LLM integrations.
- Experience with Power BI/Tableau.
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe Experience Cloud, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience building AI-powered marketing applications or chatbots.
- Understanding of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
