Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Marketing Executives to promote the school, generate admissions leads, strengthen community relationships, and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills and a passion for educational marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate admissions leads through ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) marketing activities.
- Achieve admission conversion targets through effective counseling and follow-ups.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on research findings.
- Organize outdoor events, roadshows, and promotional campaigns to increase school awareness.
- Build and maintain partnerships with local communities, organizations, and businesses.
- Enhance school visibility through branding initiatives,



promotional activities, and media engagement.
- Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials and promotional content.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on lead generation, admissions, and marketing activities.
- Represent the school professionally and maintain high standards of conduct and appearance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field..
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet lead generation and admission targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel locally for events and outreach activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: (Based on experience)

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
