Role Description The Marketing Executive – Lighting Fixtures is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for promoting the company’s lighting fixtures portfolio, executing marketing plans, and supporting sales growth across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.

Daily activities include conducting market research for lighting products, developing marketing campaigns and collateral, coordinating with the sales team on lead generation, and engaging with clients, architects, and developers to showcase product offerings.



The role involves managing product displays, organizing promotional events, tracking campaign performance, and providing feedback on market trends and customer needs.

The Marketing

Executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding, accurate product information, and effective communication of the company’s value proposition.

Qualifications

- Strong marketing skills, including Marketing and Market Planning, with the ability to design and execute campaigns for lighting fixtures.
- Experience in Market Research to analyze customer preferences, competitors, and industry trends within the electrical and lighting sector.
- Sales and Communication skills to support client outreach, product presentations, negotiations, and relationship building.
- Knowledge of lighting fixtures, electrical products, or related industries, and familiarity with B2B marketing to architects, consultants, and developers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in basic digital marketing tools, MS Office, and presentation software; ability to prepare reports and marketing materials.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work both independently and in cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.
- Prior experience in marketing or sales within electrical contracting, construction, or building materials is an advantage.
