Marketing Executive / Manager - Health Care

Yash Dental Group of Clinics is seeking a proactive, confident, and results-oriented Marketing Executive / Manager to lead and execute on-ground marketing initiatives and strengthen our institutional outreach.

The role involves visiting schools, colleges, corporate offices, residential communities, doctors, and other institutions to promote our dental services, introduce clinic offerings, establish professional relationships, and coordinate dental awareness and check-up camps.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits to schools, colleges, corporate offices, residential communities, doctors, and other institutions to identify and develop marketing opportunities.
- Promote and professionally communicate Yash Dental Group of Clinics' services, treatments, facilities, and promotional offerings.
- Identify opportunities and coordinate dental awareness programs, oral health education sessions, and dental check-up camps.
- Establish, develop, and maintain strong professional relationships with institution heads, HR teams, administrators, management representatives, and other key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal clinic teams to ensure the smooth planning and execution of dental camps and outreach programs.
- Distribute marketing and promotional materials and generate, record, and follow up on prospective patient leads.
- Explore new institutional tie-ups and opportunities for corporate and community outreach.
- Monitor and follow up on leads generated through field activities to support patient conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of field visits, institutional contacts, leads, camps, and marketing activities.




- Submit daily/weekly field activity and performance reports to the management.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in healthcare, dental, hospital, pharmaceutical, or medical marketing will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confident and professional approach when interacting with institutional management, doctors, corporate representatives, staff, and students.
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to undertake local field visits and travel as required.
- Basic understanding of marketing, lead generation, and healthcare services will be an added advantage.
- Should be self-motivated, proactive, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Compensation & Advantages Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on qualifications and relevant healthcare industry experience.
