WE ARE HIRING – SALES & MARKETING INTERN (INTERNATIONAL SALES)

Aron Engineering is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Intern to join our team and work exclusively in the area of International B2B Sales.

This is an opportunity for students and recent graduates who are interested in building a career in International Sales, Export Business, Business Development, and Global Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential international B2B customers, distributors, and importers
- Generate and qualify sales leads from international markets
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Connect with prospective customers through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other professional channels
- Communicate with international clients and handle regular follow-ups
- Prepare product presentations, quotations, and business proposals
- Assist in converting leads into bulk and export orders
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with international customers
- Monitor competitors, pricing, and market trends
- Maintain sales reports and track lead progress

International Market Focus The role will focus entirely on international markets, including the UAE, Middle East, USA, Europe, Australia, and other global markets. Performance-Based Stipend

This is a performance-oriented internship. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance, consistent effort, quality lead generation, and measurable results during the internship may be eligible for a stipend based on their performance.





Internship to Permanent Employment

Candidates who perform exceptionally well during the internship will have the chance to be considered for a permanent full-time position at Aron Engineering.

The conversion to a permanent role will be based on the candidate's performance, sales capabilities, communication skills, consistency, and overall contribution to the organization.

Who Can Apply
