PlusPeople is hiring Relationship Managers (RM) and Relationship Officers (RO) for sales and business development roles in the Banking, NBFC, and Housing Finance sector.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and business through direct sourcing, DSA, DST, connectors, and open-market activities.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Achieve assigned sales and disbursement targets.
Conduct field visits and customer meetings.
Assist with documentation and application processing.
Follow up with leads and coordinate for timely disbursement.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; Bachelor’s Degree mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience.
Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or Housing Finance experience preferred.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Solid sales and relationship management abilities.
Willingness to work in field sales.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
