Key Responsibilities

Guest Treatments Services, Deliver a variety of spa services including massages, facials, body treatments, and wellness therapies according to hotel standards. Customize treatments based on guest preferences and physical requirements, Ensure guest comfort, relaxation, and a positive spa experience, Advise guests on post-treatment care and wellness routines





Hygiene Safety Compliance. Maintain strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols

Sanitize treatment rooms, equipment, and tools before and after each session. Monitor and maintain protected practices while handling oils, lotions, and equipment

Report any health or safety hazards immediately to the Spa Manager. Guest Interaction Service

Welcome and brief guests on treatment procedures and duration. Build rapport with guests to ensure repeat visits and satisfaction. Handle guest feedback and requests with professionalism

Promote spa services, packages, and wellness programs
