Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall P&L; performance of the region.
Oversight for business target achievement, operations, customer relationship, portfolio quality, audit & compliance, HR process adherence, hiring, engagement and talent management with the region.
Regional budgeting, business monitoring and review, portfolio quality review, participating in regional industry body meets.
Customer interactions and escalation handling
Implementation of business and IT process.
Building relationships with critical stakeholders such as law enforcement etc.
Implementation of audit and compliance processes and recommendations
Performance management process participation and management.

Requirements:
Positive communication skills
Should have experience in team handling
Should possess leadership and positive interpersonal skills.
MS Office, MS outlook and knowledge about JSFB internal IT processes.
Positive analytical skills.
