Positive understanding of the ICT distribution ecosystem and business processes related to renewals and channel operations.
Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Excel for pipeline management and reporting.
Self-driven, target-oriented skilled with solid analytical skills and a quick learner of new technologies and solutions.
Prior experience in Account Management, Sales Operations, Contract Renewals, Channel Sales, or Partner Management will be preferred.

Key responsibilities
Manage and track the renewal pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on upcoming contract and subscription renewals.
Prepare, validate, and share renewal quotations while ensuring pricing accuracy and compliance with business guidelines.
Collaborate with channel partners and vendors to drive renewals,



resolve issues, and improve renewal conversion rates.
Manage & maintain the database and provide accurate renewal forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports using CRM and reporting tools.
Support commercial discussions and negotiations to maximize renewal revenue, customer retention, and partner satisfaction.
Ensure a seamless renewal experience through proactive communication, documentation management, and timely execution.
