Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through multiple channels.
Coordinate with hiring managers on manpower and skill requirements.
Manage interviews, offers, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
Maintain candidate pipeline, recruitment MIS, and trackers.
Ensure timely hiring, robust follow-ups, and achievement of recruitment TAT/targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, preferably in BFSI/Banking/Financial Services.
Strong communication, sourcing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
Ability to manage multiple requirements in a quick-paced setting.
Immediate/short-notice joiners preferred.
Comfortable working from Behala, Kolkata.
