Welcome customers and provide a warm, personalised shopping experience.
Understand customer preferences, requirements and the occasion.
Recommend suitable outfits based on individual style and requirements.
Develop strong knowledge of Bonsoir's products, fabrics, fits and collections.
Assist customers with styling, trials and purchase decisions.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Build solid customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
Maintain product displays, store presentation and overall visual standards.
Support billing, packaging and other store operations as required.
Stay updated on new collections, products and promotions.
Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales and customer experience goals.
