Key Responsibilities
Visit dealers, contractors, builders, engineers,



and project sites regularly
Generate sales and expand dealer network across Alappuzha
Identify ongoing and upcoming construction projects
Promote Besguard products through field visits and demonstrations
Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to market growth
Coordinate with the sales team to strengthen brand presence

Requirements
2–3 years of experience in field sales
Experience in construction or building materials industry preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle fieldwork independently
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
