Job Role

Cauvery Opticians is looking for a responsible person to handle:
Customer sales and service
Frame and lens recommendations
Billing and payments
Stock checking and updating
Purchase and sales records
Basic bookkeeping
Customer order follow-ups
Store arrangement and cleanliness

Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their needs.
Help customers choose frames and lenses.
Prepare bills and collect payments.
Update stock in the billing software.
Check incoming stock and purchase bills.
Maintain daily sales, purchase and expense records.
Reconcile cash, UPI and card payments.
Track pending customer orders and payments.
Inform management about low,



damaged or missing stock.
Keep the showroom and stock area organized.
Submit daily sales and collection reports.

Skills Required
Positive communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer and Excel knowledge.
Basic bookkeeping knowledge.
Ability to use billing or inventory software.
Positive calculation and record-keeping skills.
Honest, punctual and responsible.
Optical or retail experience is preferred.

Salary 15,000 – 18,000 per month, based on experience and skills.

Performance incentives may be provided.
