Qualification
ADIS – Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety
PDIS – Post Diploma in Industrial Safety
NIBOSH/NEBOSH – International Safety Qualification

Job Responsibilities
Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Setting (HSE) policies and procedures at the manufacturing facility.
Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and workplace risk assessments.
Identify unsafe acts and conditions and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain safety documentation, including HIRA, JSA, SOPs, checklists, and safety reports.
Ensure compliance with applicable industrial safety rules, regulations, and statutory requirements.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness programs for employees and workers.
Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases and prepare reports with corrective/preventive actions.
Coordinate and conduct emergency preparedness and mock drills,



including fire and evacuation drills.
Monitor fire safety equipment, emergency exits, and other safety systems.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure safe working practices.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly safety records and reports.
Promote a robust safety culture across the organization.

Preferred Skills
Good knowledge of industrial and manufacturing safety practices.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to identify workplace hazards and implement effective control measures.
Knowledge of safety documentation and statutory compliance.
Ability to conduct safety training and emergency drills.

Experience 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing/industrial workplace will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
