Handle and manage IndiaMART inquiries and leads for EOT Crane products.

Generate recent sales leads through IndiaMART, email communication, calling, and other online/offline sources.

Communicate with prospective customers through email, phone calls, and WhatsApp.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable EOT Crane solutions.

Maintain and regularly update sales leads, enquiry, quotation, and follow-up data.

Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.

Follow up with prospective customers and convert qualified leads into orders.

Coordinate with the technical, design, production, and dispatch teams for customer requirements.

Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, negotiations, and order status.

Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Achieve assigned sales targets and lead-conversion objectives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
