Strong understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management and JML processes.
Experience with user provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests, and entitlement management.
Hands-on experience with Access Certifications / Recertifications.
Robust knowledge of RBAC, Role Engineering, Entitlement Management, and SoD.
Experience configuring SailPoint workflows, policies, approvals, forms, and lifecycle events.
Experience with application onboarding and SailPoint connectors.
Valuable understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, and enterprise authentication.
Experience with Incident, Service Request, Problem, and Change Management.
Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills for complex IAM issues.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to work 16x5 rotational shifts.
