Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales and Billing role based in Tiruvalla. The team member will handle daily sales activities, including engaging with customers, presenting product information, processing orders, and following up on inquiries. They will manage billing operations such as preparing invoices, verifying pricing and quantities, recording transactions, and coordinating with accounts for payment tracking.

Qualifications




Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Sales and Sales Management capabilities to handle inquiries, close orders, and support sales targets.
Training experience or the ability to explain product features and usage to customers and colleagues.
Basic knowledge of billing processes, invoicing, and documentation in a commercial or healthcare setting.
Comfort with using computers, billing software, and spreadsheets for data entry and record keeping.
Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills for managing orders and payments.
Ability to work in office in Tiruvalla, collaborate within a team, and manage time effectively.
Prior experience in pharmaceutical or medical product sales or distribution is an advantage.
Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
