Role & responsibilities

Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients following established protocols and procedures.
Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care needs.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and document patients' vital signs, symptoms, and progress, ensuring accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Support medical teams during emergency situations, providing immediate and effective emergency care when necessary.
Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and other nurses to deliver high-quality patient care.
Maintain a clean, secure, and organized nursing workplace, adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards.
Participate in continuous career development and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal standards in all nursing practices.
