nRole Overview
nWe are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) Developer/Consultant with solid expertise in implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow SPM/PPM solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across portfolio, project, demand, resource, and financial management processes, along with solid ServiceNow development and integration capabilities.

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), including Project Portfolio Management (PPM).n
Strong understanding of SPM capabilities such as:n
Project Managementn
Portfolio Managementn
Demand Managementn
Resource Managementn
Strategic Planningn
Financial Managementn
Agile Development / SAFen
Experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, including multi-instance and enterprise environments.n
Strong ServiceNow development experience using:n
JavaScriptn
Glide APIsn




Client Scriptsn
Business Rulesn
UI Policiesn
Script Includesn
Workflows / Flow Designern
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations, including REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and APIs.n
Ability to configure and customize SPM applications based on business and stakeholder requirements.n
Strong understanding of ITSM, SPM, PPM, and ITIL v4 processes.n
Experience working with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.n
Solid troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.n
Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.n
