Generate leads for Home Loan and LAP through open-market and field sales.
Source customers through DSAs, builders, connectors, property dealers and references.
Meet prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.
Explain suitable loan products, eligibility, pricing and documentation.
Collect and verify customer documents and submit loan applications.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal and Technical teams for smooth processing.
Follow up on login, sanction and loan disbursement.
Maintain solid relationships with customers and channel partners.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and disbursement targets.
