REQUIRED SKILLS
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science or a related discipline.
Overall 12+ years of experience of which at least 5+ years working in AI, data science, data governance, technology consulting, or a related field.
Solid understanding of key Responsible AI principles, including fairness, transparency, accountability, privacy, security,



and robustness.
Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act and other emerging AI regulations).
Experience in conducting ethical risk assessments and impact analyses for AI systems.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team-oriented team.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications or training in Responsible AI or related areas.
Experience with specific Responsible AI tools and methodologies.
Familiarity with different AI development lifecycle methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Experience working with clients across various industries.
Knowledge of bias detection and mitigation techniques.
Understanding of explainable AI (XAI) methods.
