Position: Restaurant Captain

Brand: FOO Asian Tapas

Location: KOPA, Koregaon Park, Pune

Preferred Candidates: Candidates with 1+ years of experience in F&B; Operations. Preferres Pune locals.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the service team during shifts.
Ensure smooth service and high guest satisfaction.
Handle guest queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Maintain service standards, hygiene and outlet discipline.
Train and guide team members on service procedures.
Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager and kitchen team for smooth operations.

Requirements:
Experience in restaurant or hospitality service.
Positive communication and leadership skills.
Solid customer service orientation.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
