Job Overview:

We are seeking a Manager of Member Development to join our team, focusing on the equity market. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results-oriented professional with a strong background in financial services and a deep understanding of equity products. This role is crucial for our growth, as it involves managing and expanding our member base by providing exceptional service and strategic guidance.

The Manager of Member Development will be responsible for nurturing relationships with existing members and identifying new business opportunities.

Preferred Profile: -

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- An MBA or CFA designation is a plus.

Experience

- 10-16 years of experience in a client-facing role within the financial services industry, with a focus on equity markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing members. Act as the primary point of contact for member inquiries, feedback, and support.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new member acquisition opportunities. Develop and execute strategies to grow the firm's equity member base, including attending industry events and networking.
- Member Education: Provide members with up-to-date information on market trends, recent products.



Conduct presentations and workshops to enhance member understanding of equity markets.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze member engagement and satisfaction metrics. Prepare regular reports on business development activities

and member portfolio performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including research, product development, and compliance, to ensure a seamless member experience.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about competitive landscape, industry regulations, and emerging trends in the equity market.
- Product Handing: Equity, Derivatives, Commodities.

Expertise Required

- Proven sales and negotiation skills: Track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets.
- In-depth knowledge of equity products and markets: Understanding of stocks, ETFs, and other equity-related instruments.
- Analytical skills: Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
- Work experience in Equity exchange/ Equity broking side ( handling institutional clients)
- Local Language Knowledge
- Strong connections within the local broking community and access to the right network of people
- Experience in new client acquisition

Soft Skills required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills : Ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.
- Self-starter: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
