We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our product development team in the skincare industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development and management, with excellent analytical and communication skills. This position is based in Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement new products and services to drive business growth.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services.

- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities.

- Create and manage product roadmaps and prioritize features.

- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.

- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform product development decisions.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in product development or a related field.

- Strong understanding of the skincare industry and market trends.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Solid project management and time management skills.

- Experience working with SAP and MENA region is an added advantage.
