Qualification: Graduate from a recognized university.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in operation and maintenance of commercial, institutional, or educational buildings and their records.

Job Responsibilities

- To coordinate with various Government departments, legal and other consultants in consultation with Site Engineer, Office Admin and reporting authority.
- To submit written request to various Government authorities.
- To maintain records of all communications of government related matters, updating seniors about the status of various issues on regular basis and developing and maintaining cordial relations with stakeholders in the vicinity.
