We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager Project Management to manage and coordinate Digital India and Rural Development projects in Chhattisgarh. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, government coordination, proposal development, team management, project sourcing, and execution support.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare short project proposals/concept notes for government and development projects.
- Draft official letters, communications, and proposals addressed to Government Departments and other stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate projects related to eKYC, PM Programme Beneficiary Registration, and other Digital India/Rural Development initiatives.
- Coordinate effectively with Government Departments, District Administration, and other stakeholders for project implementation.
- Identify and support sourcing of new government projects and business opportunities.
- Manage project activities, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination.
- Train, guide, and support CSC District Managers for effective project implementation.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates/reports to senior management.




- Manage and coordinate project teams to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Prepare project-related reports, presentations, MIS, and other documentation as required.

Required Skills

- Solid project management and team management skills.
- Experience in Digital India, e-Governance, Rural Development, or Government projects.
- Good understanding of working with Government Departments and officials.
- Excellent proposal writing, official communication, and documentation skills.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in e-Governance projects, Government schemes, Digital India initiatives, Rural Development projects, beneficiary registration, eKYC, or similar government-led programmes will be preferred.
