Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management

- Oversee end-to-end operations for outbound and domestic tour packages, including group tours, FIT, and corporate travel

- Coordinate flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa processing, transfers, sightseeing, and local transportation

- Ensure accurate and timely documentation for all bookings (vouchers, itineraries, tickets, insurance)

- Monitor and manage cancellations, amendments, refunds, and last-minute changes efficiently

Team & Process Leadership

- Supervise and mentor the operations team handling ticketing, documentation, and reservations

- Develop and implement SOPs to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time

- Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover from sales to operations

Financial & Compliance Oversight

- Manage operational budgets, cost sheets, and vendor payments

- Ensure compliance with visa regulations, travel insurance requirements, and destination-specific travel advisories

- Track profitability of packages and flag cost overruns

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
