Location: Ernakulam, Kollam, Tirunelveli, Nagercoil ob Purpose To manage the day-to-day operations and marketing activities of the centre, drive patient acquisition and revenue growth, ensure excellent patient experience, and coordinate all departments for smooth and efficient centre functioning.

Key Responsibilities1. Centre Operations

- Manage and monitor daily operations of the centre.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Front Office, IVF Counselling, Doctors, Nursing, Lab, Pharmacy, Accounts and Support Teams.
- Monitor patient flow, appointments and service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards and hospital policies.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain high standards of patient experience.

1. Marketing & Business Development

- Develop and execute digital and offline marketing strategies for the centre.
- Drive patient enquiries, appointments, counselling and IVF conversions.
- Plan local marketing activities, health camps, awareness programmes and promotional campaigns.
- Develop and maintain doctor referral, corporate and B2B relationships.
- Identify current business opportunities and potential referral sources.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

1. Revenue & Target Management

- Take ownership of centre-level revenue and business targets.
- Track daily and monthly performance against targets.
- Monitor leads → appointments → consultations → counselling → IVF starts.
- Work closely with telecalling and marketing teams to improve conversion.
- Prepare action plans when targets are not achieved.

1. Team Management

- Lead, motivate and monitor centre teams.
- Set KRAs and performance expectations for team members.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Identify training requirements and coordinate employee development.




- Ensure proper manpower utilisation and discipline.

1. MIS & Reporting

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational and marketing reports.
- Analyse:
- Patient footfall
- New patients
- Reviews
- Leads
- Appointments
- Counselling
- IVF starts
- Revenue
- Marketing ROI
- Present performance reports to management.

1. Patient Experience

- Ensure smooth patient journey from enquiry to treatment.
- Handle patient concerns and coordinate timely resolution.
- Monitor feedback and patient satisfaction.
- Implement initiatives to improve patient retention and referrals.

1. Compliance & Quality

- Ensure implementation of hospital SOPs and quality systems.
- Support NABH compliance and internal audits.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting.
- Coordinate with the Quality team for corrective and preventive actions.

Qualification
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- MBA/PG qualification preferred.

Experience
- 5+ years of experience in operations and marketing.
- Hospital / Healthcare / IVF / Fertility industry experience preferred.
- Experience managing a hospital/IVF centre or multi-department healthcare operation will be an advantage.
- Candidates with strong healthcare business-development experience may also be considered.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
