We are looking for experienced and talented personnel for the post of Manager - Production for our Further Processing plant for the products (Ready to eat/Ready to cook). Candidate will be responsible for overseeing production processes, managing staff and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

· Production, Planning and Control. Handling production operations to ensure timely completion of production targets

· Develop, implement, and maintain production schedules and processes to ensure optimum productivity and efficiency

· Hire, train, and manage production staff, including setting and monitoring performance goals

· Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement product launches

· Create and maintain inventory records and manage raw material inventory levels

· Effective resource planning for optimizing man & machine utilization, reducing wastes for enhancing productivity and profitability.

· Identifying capacity limitations & bottlenecks and process problems,



reasons for production shortfall for taking corrective action.

· Undertaking troubleshooting & de-bottlenecking of process/equipment to enhance productivity.

· Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and industry standards, including HACCP and GMP

· Maintaining quality standards for incoming materials, ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards, norms & practices, identifying gaps & taking corrective action Monitoring of food & Non-food procurement and inventory control

Requirement

· M.Sc ., Life sciences, M.Tech/B.tech - Food Technology or equivalent degree

· Proven work experience as Production Head in further processing industry will be an added advantage

· Positive communication, proven leadership and training skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
