Valuable Security Solution is a growing security technology company providing qualified CCTV, surveillance, security systems, installation, maintenance and related solutions to residential, commercial, educational and institutional customers.

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Manager – Operations who can take complete ownership of day-to-day operations and build a disciplined, professional and scalable operations team.

This is a leadership role for someone who can manage people, projects, customers and processes—not just coordinate daily activities.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITY The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that every project, installation, service request and customer commitment is executed on time, professionally and profitably.

1. Operations Management

- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the company.
- Plan, schedule and monitor CCTV/security system installations and service activities.
- Ensure all projects are completed within committed timelines.
- Allocate manpower and resources according to project requirements.
- Monitor daily operational activities and resolve bottlenecks.
- Develop systematic processes and SOPs for operations.
- Maintain proper documentation for projects, installations and service activities.

1. Installation & Project Management

- Plan and supervise CCTV and security system installation projects.
- Coordinate with technicians, helpers, vendors and customers.
- Ensure correct installation standards and quality.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Conduct project completion checks and ensure proper handover.
- Minimize rework, material wastage and installation delays.
- Ensure all projects are completed according to company standards.

1. Team Management

- Lead and manage the installation and service team.
- Assign daily responsibilities and targets to technicians/helpers.
- Track team attendance, productivity and performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Train employees on company processes, customer handling and technical standards.
- Build a disciplined, responsible and performance-oriented team.
- Identify manpower requirements and coordinate recruitment when required.

1. Customer Management

- Maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle operational complaints and escalations professionally.
- Ensure timely response to customer service requirements.




- Coordinate with customers for installation schedules and site visits.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction after project completion.
- Collect customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the management team in retaining important customers.

1. Service & AMC Management

- Monitor all service calls and ensure timely closure.
- Track pending complaints and escalations.
- Manage AMC/service schedules.
- Ensure preventive maintenance is completed on time.
- Monitor repeat complaints and identify root causes.
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.

1. Inventory & Material Management

- Coordinate with the purchase/store team for project materials.
- Ensure availability of required equipment before project execution.
- Monitor material movement to and from project sites.
- Reduce material wastage, damage and unnecessary purchases.
- Maintain proper accountability for company tools and equipment.

1. Cost & Profitability Control

- Monitor operational expenses.
- Control unnecessary manpower, transportation and material costs.
- Ensure projects are executed within approved budgets.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Track project-level costs and report major variances to management.

1. Reporting & MIS

Prepare and submit regular operational reports to management, including:
- Daily installation report
- Daily service report
- Project status report
- Pending work report
- Technician productivity report
- Customer complaint report
- Material requirement report
- AMC/service status
- Team performance report
- Monthly operational performance report

? KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) The Manager – Operations will be evaluated based on:

? QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Education:

- Any Graduate / Diploma / Engineering background preferred.

Experience:

- 4–8 years of experience in operations, project management, technical services, ELV, CCTV, security systems, electrical, networking, facility management or similar industries.
- Experience managing field technicians/installers will be an advantage.

Technical Knowledge – Preferred

Knowledge of

- CCTV systems

- Video surveillance
- Basic networking & troubleshooting
- Installation/project execution

Strong operations and leadership experience will also be considered even if technical knowledge is not advanced. ? COMPENSATIONFixed Salary

₹50,000 per month

Performance Incentive

Up to ₹25,000 per month The incentive will be linked to measurable performance such as:
