About the Role
We are looking for a self-driven Manager – New Business & Partnerships to drive B2B/B2G sales and partnerships for our industrial AIoT solutions across Smart Water, Smart Energy, Environmental Monitoring, ETP/STP and Industrial Automation.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify current B2B/B2G business opportunities.
Build and manage sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
Drive end-to-end sales from lead generation to closure.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, solution presentations and negotiations.
Build relationships with industrial, pharma, manufacturing, government and infrastructure customers.
Develop partnerships with EPCs, system integrators, consultants and channel partners.
Work with technical teams on proposals and customized solutions.
Maintain CRM, pipeline and sales reports.
Requirements
3–5 years of B2B sales/business development experience.
Experience in Industrial Automation, IoT/AIoT, Water/Wastewater, Energy or Environmental Monitoring preferred.
Strong consultative selling, communication, negotiation and closing skills.
Technical understanding of sensors, PLC/SCADA and IoT/cloud solutions.
Engineering degree preferred; MBA is an advantage.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
