- Answering client queries and providing technical product support.
- Documenting processes and compiling user manuals for the marketing team and clients.
- Develop good customer relationship by personal visits, phone calls, follow-ups, e-mails etc.
- Maintain solid relationship with customers for future business growth.
- Work with internal teams to achieve targeted business goals.
- Tech show at Customer end.
- Participation in Auto Expo
- Must Experience Dealing of OEMS Like Hero/ Honda/ Maruti etc.
