Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the day-to-day crusher and mining site operations.

Monitor production, material processing, loading and dispatch activities.

Manage and coordinate crusher operators, machine operators, drivers, helpers and other site workers.

Ensure proper utilization and availability of manpower and machinery.

Coordinate with equipment operators regarding crushers, excavators, loaders, tipper vehicles and other machinery.

Monitor raw material movement, stock, production and dispatch quantities.

Maintain daily production and operational records and submit reports to management.

Ensure proper maintenance and timely servicing of machinery by coordinating with the maintenance team.

Monitor fuel consumption and minimize unnecessary wastage.





Maintain discipline and ensure proper attendance of site employees and workers.

Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, customers and other site-related personnel when required.

Ensure that site activities are carried out safely and efficiently.

Identify operational problems and take necessary corrective action.

Handle routine site-level issues independently and escalate major issues to management.

Ensure cleanliness, housekeeping and proper organization of the crusher/mining site.

Support management in achieving production and dispatch targets.

Prepare and share daily/weekly operational updates with management.
