Minimum Qualifications

- 6+ years of engineering experience, including 3+ years managing DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure teams of 5 or more engineers in multiple geographies.

- Proven success operating within globally distributed engineering organizations spanning multiple time zones and cultures, with a track record of partnering effectively with leadership teams across North America, Israel, and India.

- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively as a bridge between globally distributed teams, translating business priorities into transparent technical execution and ensuring alignment across regions and functions.

- Track record of building high-trust, high-accountability engineering cultures that emphasize ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement.

- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical and operational topics clearly to engineers, executives, customers,



and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Strong hands-on technical background in Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure prior to moving into management.

- Experience carrying production on-call responsibilities and operating mission-critical systems in a 24×7 environment.

- Proven experience running large-scale, multi-tenant SaaS platforms, preferably across multiple regions and cloud providers.

- Proven track record of leading organizational change by embedding AI-assisted workflows into engineering, operations, incident management, documentation, and software delivery processes, resulting in measurable improvements in productivity, quality, operational efficiency, and delivery outcomes.

- Deep expertise with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.
