Position Overview:

The Manager/Senior Manager IT will oversee local IT operations, asset management, and end-user support at the Head Office & Plants while serving as the primary liaison with central IT and security teams. This role acts as the bridge to the Central IT team for infrastructure and network management, and coordinates directly with the Central ISMS team to align local security practices, audit preparations, and ISO 27001 compliance initiatives.

Role & responsibilities:

- IT Infrastructure & Operations Coordination
- Coordinate closely with the Central IT team to manage, maintain, and support local IT infrastructure, ensuring high network availability and business continuity.
- Oversee local end-user computing support, ensuring timely resolution of issues related to hardware, software, local networks, email systems, and printers.
- Track local IT operations budgets, manage software/hardware allocations, and handle Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) in coordination with central guidelines.
- Information Security & ISO 27001 Coordination
- Collaborate directly with the Central ISMS team to roll out and maintain Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies in line with ISO 27001 requirements.
- Support the Central ISMS team during internal, external, surveillance, and certification audits by providing local documentation and evidence.
- Assist in closing local audit observations and implementing corrective action plans prescribed by the central security team.
- Enforce organization-wide cybersecurity best practices locally, monitor endpoint protection,



and facilitate vulnerability assessments alongside central teams.
- Drive local cybersecurity awareness programs, phishing simulations, and training sessions designed by the central team.
- IT Asset & Procurement Management
- Oversee end-to-end local IT asset lifecycle management: procurement support, inventory tracking, allocation, maintenance, and disposal.
- Manage local IT procurement activities, including requirement gathering, initial vendor evaluation, quotation collection, and coordination with central procurement or vendor partners.
- Maintain relationships with local hardware/service vendors and system integrators.
- Reporting & Stakeholder Alignment
- Prepare regular IT operational reports, asset inventories, and incident logs for management and central IT leaders.
- Identify and recommend local technology improvements to enhance operational efficiency and user productivity.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Education & Experience: B.E. in Information Technology with an MBA from a recognized university, backed by 1113 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure coordination, and vendor management.

- Core Competencies:
- Solid familiarity with ISO 27001 ISMS audit procedures and security compliance coordination.
- Working knowledge of enterprise networks, system administration, endpoint security, and IT troubleshooting.
- Proven experience in local IT asset management, vendor coordination, and procurement workflows.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and documentation skills.
