- Drive end-to-end recruitment for sales and commercial roles across regions.

- Manage sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, offer negotiations, and onboarding.

- Build talent pipelines for frontline, mid-level, and leadership sales positions.

- Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and hiring plans.

- Track recruitment KPIs including hiring timelines, offer-to-joining ratios, and quality of hire.

- Provide HRBP support to the sales organization on employee engagement, performance management, and people initiatives.

- Collaborate closely with HR and business teams to ensure a seamless employee and candidate experience.

- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on talent availability,



hiring strategies, and market insights.

The Successful Applicant

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

- 8 -12 years of HR experience with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition.

- Demonstrated experience hiring for sales and commercial functions at scale.

- Exposure to HR Business Partnering responsibilities is preferred.

- Experience within Building Materials, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Industrial Products, Telecom, FMCD, or other sales-driven organizations.

- Robust stakeholder management and influencing skills.

- Ability to independently manage multiple hiring mandates in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and business partnering capabilities.
