Role & responsibilities:

- Set and implement design standards across projects

- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets

- Understand client requirements and ensure alignment in delivery

- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants

- Lead design activities and support junior designers

- Drive adoption of recent technologies and best practices

- Participate in client meetings and project reviews

Desired Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

- M.E./M.Tech in Transportation / Highway Engineering (Preferred)

Experience

- Manager: 8-12 years | Sr.

Manager: 1218 years

- Experience in highway design, DPRs, and feasibility studies preferred

- Exposure to Government / Multilateral projects (preferred)

Skills & Competencies

- Knowledge of IRC / MoRTH standards

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MX Road, etc.

- Project planning and execution skills

- Client and stakeholder management

- Leadership and team handling

- Strong communication and analytical skills
