We are hiring for an Manager - Financial Risk Operations for our Hyderabad(Manikonda) location. This is a 5 day work from office opportunity with US shifts (6:30 pm - 3:30 am). Please see below the and qualifications required for the same.

Qualifications

1. Domain expert in assigned area of one or more of the following: Banking Risk Operations, Financial Crime, Financial Compliance & Financial Risk Management (FCRM, FCC), Internal Controls, SOX, Financial institution audits.
2. Previous team handling experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Leading the Risk operations delivery in the space of Fraud, Risk, FCRM, Internal controls.
2. Research and obtain best in class metrics relevant in Banking & Financial institution space.
3. Sales and solutions support for client opportunities, both recent and expansion of existing client footprints.
4.



Handle customer dispute cases across key workflows - Researching & filing card disputes, challenging peer to peer disputes, recon of card disputes, fraudulent ACH research & filing, responding to enquiries via e-mail.
5. Understand charge-offs involving fraudulent activity and provide resolution to prevent future cases.
6. Investigate fraud notifications to protect the institution from high-risk activity related losses and improve customer experience.
7. Collaborate and escalate complex cases with team members for guidance/assistance as appropriate.
8. Meet or exceed established service level agreements and guidelines.
9. Establish and ensure compliance with departmental standards and processes to increase production and accommodate work volumes toward enhanced customer satisfaction.
