Exide Energy Solutions Limited is looking for Customs Compliance in the Manufacturing organisation to achieve company's goal at Devanahalli, Bangalore Rural Manufacturing Location.

Job Location: Devanahalli, Bangalore Rural

This is a 5-day, in-office role, with the 1st and last Saturdays of each month as working days.

Roles and Responsibility:

Expert knowledge of customs laws, regulations, and procedures, with a strong understanding of international trade agreements and customs valuation methods.

- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead and develop a team of customs compliance professionals.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify compliance risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex regulatory requirements effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously,



and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as customs management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Mandatory Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in customs compliance or international trade, with progressively increasing levels of responsibility.
- Expert knowledge of customs laws, regulations, and procedures, with a strong understanding of international trade agreements and customs valuation methods.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead and develop a team of customs compliance professionals.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify compliance risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
