Summary: We are seeking an experienced Network Manager to design, implement, manage, and optimize the organization's network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in managing LAN, WAN, Internet links, Leased Lines, MPLS, SD-WAN, NAC (Network Access Control) solutions, and Wireless (Wi-Fi) networks across multiple locations. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, network security expertise, vendor management capabilities, and the ability to ensure high network availability, performance, and reliability.
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience, preferably in Network Administration, Network Operations, and Network Management.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role will be preferred.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale enterprise network environments.
Certification:
Desirable
- CCNA / CCNP Enterprise
- Aruba Networking Certification (ACNA/ACP)
- NAC Certification (Aruba ClearPass, Cisco ISE, or equivalent)
- ITIL Foundation
Knowledge:
- Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet, and Huawei routers and switches
- Wireless Controllers and Access Points
- Network Performance Monitoring and Troubleshooting
- SD-WAN Solutions
- NAC platforms such as Aruba ClearPass or equivalent enterprise NAC solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities
Network Infrastructure Management
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide LAN, WAN, and Wireless network infrastructure.
- Manage network connectivity across corporate offices, branch locations, and data centers.
- Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
- Plan and execute network upgrades, migrations, and expansion projects.
- Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and asset inventories.
LAN Management
- Configure and maintain Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching environments, including VLANs, trunking, STP, and network segmentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, latency, and performance issues within the LAN workplace.
- Manage IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and network access controls.
- Administer and troubleshoot Network Access Control (NAC) solutions, including 802.1X authentication, endpoint compliance validation, device profiling, BYOD onboarding, guest access management, and policy-based network access controls.
WAN & Link Management
- Manage ISP connections, Leased Lines, MPLS circuits, broadband connectivity, and SD-WAN environments.
- Coordinate with telecom vendors and service providers for link provisioning, escalation management, and issue resolution.
- Monitor bandwidth utilization and optimize network performance.
- Ensure redundancy, high availability, and failover mechanisms for critical network links.
Wireless Network Management
- Design, configure, and manage enterprise-grade Wi-Fi infrastructure.
- Conduct wireless site surveys and optimize coverage and performance.
- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi connectivity, roaming, interference, and capacity-related issues.
- Implement secure wireless access policies and guest network solutions.
Operations & Support
- Lead network troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities.
- Monitor network health using Network Monitoring System (NMS) tools and generate performance reports.
- Manage incident, problem, change, and service request processes.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to network engineers and support teams.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with network hardware vendors, ISPs, and service providers.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement networking solutions and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and address connectivity requirements
