Educational qualifications

- CA or CPA (shall hold active membership/license)

Work experience

- Extensive experience in conducting integrated audits in accordance with PCAOB auditing standards, preferably with 5+ to 8+ years of post-qualification experience in a Big 4 firm in a client facing position as an audit manager. •Experience with the application/implementation of PCAOB auditing standards, SEC Regulations and US GAAP. •Experience with audit quality initiatives and audit quality monitoring programs •Is in the role of Manager for at least one busy season and signed off workpapers in that capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Proficiency in Alteryx and PowerBI is a significant advantage
- Robust project management skills,



particularly in managing expectations from multiple teams and proactively communicating issues, solutions and progress.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
- Ability to confidently communicate complex accounting and auditing issues and lead meetings, calls, and group discussions with EQC review teams (and sometimes engagement team members).
- Possesses supervisory skills to mentor the tagged professionals.
- Communicate with a wide range of individuals internally and collaborate with them to bring audit quality improvement initiatives.
