Role Summary:

This role will involve (a) working on multiple strategic initiatives, (b) supporting the Zonal Head on key priorities, reviews, coordination and follow ups, (c) deep diving to analyze and suggest solutions in specific operational and service excellence projects, (d) helping replicate best practices across hospitals and (e) supporting senior leadership in creating centers of excellence, building operational efficiencies and enhancing profitability across units and specialties.

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Institutionalize patient service delivery, management and operational processes by developing and implementing policies, procedures, protocols and processes to drive the organization from the current state to a transformed future state

- Support the Zonal Head in structuring long term strategy, driving business transformation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, Calendar Management and ensuring effective follow through on key priorities

- Prepare and update monthly reports, concept notes and project reports for new initiatives, ensuring timely flow of information and coordination across stakeholders

- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and capacity enhancement, and support strategic transformation initiatives

- Develop and manage Customer Experience Improvement Plans to enhance service delivery across the patient journey

- Develop policies, processes,



systems and infrastructure to enable customer delight and consistent service excellence across all touchpoints

- Provide project management support for operational improvement initiatives, including benchmarking, diagnostics, baseline assessment, opportunity sizing, idea generation, tracking and execution

- Identify, codify and disseminate best practices across units and departments, and facilitate their effective adoption across the organization

Pre-requisites for Consideration of candidates:

- Detail oriented business analysis skills, problem solving, and organizational skills Robust verbal and written communication skills

- Should have worked across any one of the following functions including but not limited to strategy, project management, sales marketing, IT, procurement and supply chain, manufacturing, operations and finance

Functional Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

- 0-2 years of project management experience in hospital or healthcare sector

Educational Qualification:

- MHA or MBA in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Healthcare Analytics
