No previous management experience is required full training and ongoing mentoring will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day business and team operations
- Assist with sales, marketing and business development activities
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support business growth and customer acquisition initiatives
- Participate in training, meetings and team development sessions
- Assist with planning,
reporting and performance tracking
- Help coordinate promotional activities and events
- Develop communication, leadership and decision-making skills
- Support the development of current team members
