Role & responsibilities

- Assist the CMD in day-to-day activities, meetings, follow-ups, and coordination.

- Coordinate with various departments and ensure timely follow-up on tasks assigned by the CMD.

- Prepare presentations, reports, MIS, meeting notes, and other business-related documents.

- Track important action points and ensure timely closure with respective stakeholders.

- Attend meetings with the CMD and maintain proper records of discussions and action items.

- Support the CMD in special projects, business initiatives, and management assignments.

- Collect and analyse information from various departments to support management decision-making.

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and management information.

- Assist in coordinating internal and external meetings, visits, and business engagements.

- Develop a good understanding of the companys manufacturing processes, products, customers, and business operations.

- Support digital communication, social media, and basic digital marketing initiatives,



wherever required.

- Undertake any additional responsibilities or projects assigned by the CMD.

Preferred candidate profile

- Smart, presentable, and confident with excellent communication skills.

- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication.

- Valuable interpersonal and coordination skills.

- Quick learner with strong grasping and analytical abilities.

- Well-organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks.

- Good command of MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and other digital tools.

- Knowledge or interest in Digital Marketing / Social Media will be an added advantage.

- Should have a genuine interest in the manufacturing industry and business operations.

- Should be comfortable interacting with senior management and cross-functional teams.

- High level of discretion, professionalism, and maturity.
