Role Description The Management Information System (MIS) Executive will manage and maintain MIS processes that support decision-making across departments at Rajasthan Patrika Pvt. Ltd. in Raipur.

This full-time, on-site role involves collecting, validating, and analyzing data from various business units, preparing regular MIS reports and dashboards, and ensuring timely distribution to relevant stakeholders. The MIS Executive will monitor key performance indicators, identify trends, and highlight variances to support operational and strategic planning.





Responsibilities also include improving reporting templates, coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, and supporting management with ad hoc data analysis and presentations. The role requires close collaboration with editorial, operations, finance, and management teams to maintain accurate and reliable information systems.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and experience in MIS Reporting.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and presenting data insights.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel, spreadsheets, and reporting tools; familiarity with databases or BI tools is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, with prior experience in MIS or data analysis preferred.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, ability to work with large data sets, and capability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced media environment.
