Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Sales Executive (Hospitality) to drive corporate sales by promoting our hospitality services. The role involves visiting corporate offices, identifying potential clients, generating current business through field visits, and building solid relationships with corporate customers for corporate outings, team events, celebrations, and dining experiences. This is primarily a field sales role focused on client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Visit corporate offices and potential clients to generate business opportunities for corporate hospitality experiences.
Identify and approach recent corporate clients through field visits, networking, and direct sales activities.
Promote the hospitality services, dining experiences, and corporate packages to potential customers.
Promote the sports bar, duckpin gaming experiences, dining options, and corporate packages to potential customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HR teams, admin teams, and decision-makers.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable packages for team outings, celebrations, corporate gatherings, and employee engagement activities.




Conduct client meetings, present offerings, share proposals, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Follow up on enquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Maintain accurate records of client visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of corporate bookings and customer experiences.
Gather market feedback, monitor competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Develop long-term corporate partnerships to drive repeat business and referrals.

Requirements
1+ years of experience in banquet sales, hospitality sales, or corporate sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel for field sales and client meetings.
Target-driven with a proactive approach to business development.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
