Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales & Calling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, making follow-up calls, generating leads, assisting customers with product selection, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products.
Explain product features, pricing, offers, and services to customers.
Schedule customer visits, measurements, and follow-ups when required.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales and showroom team to ensure smooth customer service.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and calling targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Handle customer concerns professionally and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.





Requirements
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Previous experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and WhatsApp.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
